It’s our people who make Commodore unique. The way we think…the way we work together…all the individual experiences that make up who we are as a company.

If you know me, you know what a huge Red Sox fan I am. Back in the early 80’s, WEEI hosted a contest while the Minnesota Twins were in town. The first 25 sets of twins who called into the station got tickets to that game. My brother and I were one of the lucky pairs!

The deal included seats in the WEEI Suite and our pictures taken with Kent Herback and Kirby Puckett of the Minnesota Twins. The one requirement was that we had to where identical clothing for the photo. My brother Jim and I got to the game early. We walked to the lower box seats on the third base side line and showed an usher our invitation. No one else from our group was on the field yet, but this usher granted us access. Without giving it a second thought, Jim and I made a mad dash across the field to the Red Sox dugout, where many of our heroes were sitting. We made it about halfway before Security stopped us and kindly escorted us back to the stands where the other 24 sets of identical twins were waiting. We spent the next three hours sharing stories with the other twins. Our picture ended up running in the Globe and it was a great day that I will always remember!
