This project consisted of the build-out of approximately 7,500 SF of lab space. The space has a DSP (Down Stream Processing/Purification) Pilot room, USP (Up Stream Processing/Fermentation) Pilot lab and USP Development, Media Prep, Buffer Prep and two cold rooms provided by the owner. A 150kw natural gas generator was placed on the roof. The new space is connected to the existing office space with a new stair. |
