Boston Private
Bank provides customized private banking and investment management
services for successful individuals, their families and their
businesses. Every aspect of the Bank’s interior communicates quality
and attention to detail. The interior renovation of the offices of
the President, the CEO, and the Marketing and Executive Finance
Groups of the Bank were no exception. Custom-built cherry filing
systems were integrated with the furniture. Work stations, an
elegantly lit art gallery and living room salons were all
constructed during off-hours to keep daytime occupants undisturbed.
The new interior
conveys the values and sensibilities of Boston Private Bank to their
clients, surrounding business transactions with the elegance and
comfort of home. Great pains were taken to preserve the historic
feel of the building, including perfect matching of the 100-year-old
Travertine stone used in the existing building.
The Boston
Private Bank offices in Boston are located at 10 Post Office Square,
a nearly 100-year-old Boston landmark. On the second day of
project construction, three layers of asbestos flooring were
discovered unexpectedly. Commodore immediately developed an
aggressive plan for the abatement of the flooring which resulted in
minimal disruption to the schedule and to the occupants of the
building. |
