Creative Financial
Staffing is an accounting and financial placement company located at
One Beacon Street in Boston. The project was an intricate 8,000 SF
tenant fit-up situated in the midst of a larger adjacent tenant. The
amount of scheduling and coordination required for CFS was greater
than normal. The adjacent tenant occupies the balance of the floor
on which CFS is situated, as well as the floors above and below, and
was renovating their offices concurrently with the build-out of CFS.
The project was completed in 8 weeks and included a new glass entry,
millwork reception desk and feature wall, new full-service kitchen,
state-of-the-art training rooms and conference rooms.
